How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are based on the weight and quantity of item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International Postal Express Mail Service is usually the most economical shipping method for most of our customers.
Duties, Customs and VAT:
International orders may be subject to additional fees/costs that are not included in your order transaction totals. Examples include, Duties, Customs or Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your package and these fees/costs are not the responsibility of Taxilightbox.com.
Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the customs authorities of the country the order is being shipped to prior to making a purchase from Taxilightbox.com, as we have no control over these costs.
When does my order ship?
We strive to have your package on it's way within 2-3 days of payment approval. You will receive an email confirmation note with tracking information once your order has left our office. Please note that the United States Postal Service or EMS Post recycles their tracking numbers. It can take 48 to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated with any information.
International orders utilizing this service level can typically take from 7 to 21 days, however actual delivery timing is highly dependent upon external factors such as border/customs entry processes. Delivery is to your local post office where you must pay applicable duties and taxes to retrieve your shipment.
How do I know if my order has been shipped and its status?
Once your order has been approved and sent for shipment, the Taxilightbox.com shipping team will email you a confirmation tracking code for use on www.USPS.com (International orders) or www.ems.post/tracking, where you can check on the status of your package.
